Contour+2 Camera

Contour started to take orders for its new Contour+2 video camera that is not only easier to use compared to its previous models but also brings an entirely new perspective to your adventures.

The camera is designed to shoot 1080p HD video and record such parameters as speed, elevation, and distance that are picked up by the camera's GPS. This data is then easily shared on YouTube, Facebook, and Vimeo to provide additional level of details about your adventures. The camera works with an iOS and Android app that converts your smartphone into the camera's remote control so that you can tweak the settings, control recordings, and preview your shots from your handset. The camera also features Instant On-Records switch, four different modes for shooting HD video,  270° rotating lens allowing to mount the camera in virtually any position, and external microphone jack. Contour+2 comes with a 60-meter waterproof case for easy underwater shooting, a 4GB micro SD card, a helmet mount, mini HDMI, mic and USB cables, a rechargeable battery, and rotating flat surface mount. The camera is expected to hit the shelves this month and will cost 399USD.
