Olympus OM-D E-M10 Camera

Olympus has unveiled its new mirrorless camera, the EM-10. The camera comes with a 16MP 4/3 Live MOS sensor, a new TruePic VII processor, a 1.44-dot electronic viewfinder with 100% field coverage, an 81-area multiple AF system, built-in flash, stereo microphone, and Wi-Fi. The camera has continuous shooting mode of up to 8fps, full HD 1080/30p video recording function, and a wide array of art filters and effects. The camera is priced at $699.99 for the body only and expected to ship in March.

Olympus Stylus Tough TG-850 iHS

Olympus has announced its new rugged compact, the Stylus Tough TG-850 iHS. The camera is dustproof,  waterproof to 33ft (10m), freezeproof to 14°F (-10°C), and crushproof to 220lb (100kg).  The TG-850 is equipped with a TruePic VII image processor, a 16MP CMOS sensor, an ultra-wide-angle 21-105mm 5x optical zoom lens, and a tiltable up to 180° 3" 460K-dot resolution LCD . The camera can shoot Full HD 1080/60p video. The TG-850 will be available in three body colors, white, black, and silver, in March. The camera is priced at $249.99.

Fujifilm X-T1 Camera

Fujifilm has expanded its mirrorless camera lineup with the new shooter, X-T1. The weather-sealed SLR-styled camera is built with the EXR Processor II, a 16MP APS-C X-Trans II sensor with a 6 x 6 color filter array and built-in phase detection AF,  and a 2.36M dot electronic viewfinder. The X-T1's other features include continuous shooting mode of up to 8 fps, built-in Wi-Fi with remote control, and SDXC UHS-II memory card compatibility.  The camera is expected to be available in February for $1,299.95 for body only and $1,699.95 with XF 18-55mm lens kit.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 and DMC-ZS35 Cameras

Panasonic has also announced the Lumix DMC-ZS40 and DMC-ZS35 cameras at CES 2014. The ZS40 (a.k.a. TZ60) comes with an 18.1MP CMOS sensor, a 30x optical zoom lens with advanced hybrid OIS, and an electronic viewfinder. The camera has Full HD video recording function, built-in GPS with GLONASS, and Wi-Fi/NFC connectivity. The ZS35 (TZ55) uses a 16MP sensor, a 20x zoom lens, a 3" 460K-dot LCD tilting up to 180 degrees, and built-in Wi-Fi. Availability of both cameras hasn't been released yet.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ40 Camera

Panasonic has announced its next superzoom, Lumix DMC-LZ40. The camera features a 42x optical zoom lens with OIS, a 20MP CCD sensor, a 3" 460K-dot LCD, 720p HD video recording, and an array of creative modes for image editing.  You can pre-order the LZ40 for $249.95 at Panasonic website.

Samsung WB1100F, WB350F, WB50F and WB35F Smart Cameras

In addition to the WB2200F, Samsung unveils an array of new point-and-shot cameras at CES this year, including the WB1100F, WB350F, WB50F, and WB35F. All models incorporate Remote Viewfinder and Wi-Fi / NFC connectivity for quick and easy image sharing with friends and family. 
The WB1100F is targeted to "adventurous photographers" and comes with a powerful 35x optical zoom and a 25mm wide-angle lens, a 16.2MP CCD sensor with 100-3200 ISO range, and a dual image stabilization system.
The Samsung WB350F sports a 21x zoom lens, a 16.3MP BSI CMOS sensor, a wide ISO range of  80-3200, and a 3-inch HVGA LCD monitor. The camera is capable of recording Full HD videos at 30fps.
The entry-level WB50F and WB35F are both built with a 12x optical zoom lens and a 16.2MP CCD sensor. The WB50F has an articulated flash, called Soft Flash, for images that are both naturally soft and clear. The WB50F has a 3" 460K-dot LCD, while the WB35F uses a smaller 2.7" 230K-dot monitor.
Prices and availability for the new Samsung cameras haven't been disclosed yet.

Samsung WB2200F Camera

Samsung has announced its new ultra-zoom compact, the WB2200F. The new camera features a Dual Grip design for extra stability when shooting in a vertical position, a 16.4 MP BSI CMOS sensor, a 60x optical zoom lens, OIS, a 3" HVGA LCD, Full HD video recording at 30fps, and built-in Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity. At this point, there is no information from Samsung on pricing or availability for the WB2200F.

Sony A5000 Camera

Sony has announced "the word's lightest" mirrorless camera, the A5000. The new 20.1MP shooter weights 7.4 oz (body only) and features Bionz X image processing engine, an upwards-flippable  460K-dot LCD, built-in Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity, and a built-in flash. The A5000 will come in three body colors: white, silver, and black, and will be available in March for $599.99 (with a 16-50mm kit lens).

Nikon D3300 Camera

Nikon has announced its new entry-level SLR camera, the D3300. The new shooter features a 24.2MP DX-format CMOS sensor without optical low-pass filter, EXPEED 4 image processor, 1080/60p Full HD video recording at 60fps, and continuous shooting mode of up to 5fps. The new model retains the its predecessor's 11-point AF system and, similarly to the D3200, doesn't have built-in Wi-Fi connectivity. The camera will be available in three body colors (black, gray, and red) and will come with the brand-new 18-55mm lens kit with a collapsible barrel. You can buy the D3300 in February for $649.95 (with the lens kit).

Nikon COOLPIX S6800, S6700, S5300, S3600, and S2800 Cameras

Nikon expands its line of COOLPIX S cameras with the S6800, S6700, S5300, S3600, and S2800 compacts. The S6800 ($219.95) comes with a 16MP BSI CMOS sensor, a 12x optical zoom lens, a 24x Dynamic Fine Zoom, 1080/60i video recording mode, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The camera will be available in three colors: white, black and red. The S6700 model has a 20.1MP sensor, a 10x optical zoom lens and a up to 20x Dynamic Fine Zoom function. The 16MP S5300 sports a 8x optical zoom lens, a 16x Dynamic Fine Zoom, 1080/60i Full HD video recording capabilities, and built-in Wi-Fi. The S3600 model features a 20.1MP sensor, an 8x optical zoom lens, and up to 16x Dynamic Fine Zoom, and the entry-level S2800 comes with a 20MP sensor, a 5x optical zoom, and an array of easy-to-use image editing functions.

Nikon Coolpix L830, L330, L30 and L29 Cameras

Nikon has revealed a new affordable superzoom, the L830. The camera is equipped with a 34x optical zoom lens, a 16MP BSI-CMOS sensor, a a 68x Dynamic Fine Zoom, a new hybrid 5-axis stabilization system for video capturing, and a 920K-dot tilting LCD. The L830 will be available for $299.95 in February.
Besides the L830, Nikon is adding three new shooters to its L-series lineup: the new 20MP L330, the 16MP L29, and the wallet-friendly 20MP L30 ($119.95). All three cameras are going to arrive in February.

Samsung Galaxy Camera 2

In addition to the NX30, Samsung reveals its newest Galaxy Camera 2. The device runs Android 4.3 OS and is equipped with a 1.6GHz quad-core processor, a 2GB RAM, a 16MP BSI CMOS sensor, a 21x optical zoom lens, a 4.8" LCD screen, Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth connectivity. The camera is expected to be on display at CES next week. Pricing and availability will be announced at a later date.

Samsung NX30 Camera

Samsung has unveiled its new flagship Smart camera, the NX30. It sports a unique XGA electronic viewfinder that can be tilted up to 80 degrees vertically. The camera also features a 20.3MP CMOS sensor, DRIMeIV image processor, a hybrid phase-detection autofocus System II, a 3" Super AMOLED Swivel and Touch display, shutter speed of up to 1/8000 sec, continuous shooting mode of up to 9 fps, Full HD 1080/60p video recording function with dual image stabilization, improved Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity as well as integration with Flickr and Dropbox.
